Today we released eWallet® for Mac OS X version 7.4.4. It’s a minor release that includes a fix for handling invalid bookmarks, a piece of Mac technology that helps manage permissions to files. A big thank you to our beta testers for helping us sort out this issue; not many people seemed to be effected but we’re happy to have it resolved.
eWallet for Mac runs on OS X 10.7 (Lion) or later. This upgrade is free for all users who already own a license of eWallet version 7 for the Mac. If you purchased a copy from Apple using their Mac App Store, then you’ll be able to use the Update feature in that store to get the new version. Get all the info about eWallet (including access to a 30-day trial version) here on our site.
eWallet GO! for Windows Phone 7: Visit the Windows Phone Marketplace on your phone.
Thanks again to everyone that purchased eWallet GO! and a special thank you to everyone who reviewed it. We really appreciate your support, and we want to thank you for helping to make eWallet GO! the best-selling secure information management app in the iTunes App Store!
We’re very excited to announce the addition of automatic synching for eWallet GO!™ on Windows PC and iOS. With this update, eWallet GO! can automatically save an encrypted backup of your info to either Google Docs or Dropbox whenever you make a change! And if you set up eWallet GO! on another device to synchronize with the same service, eWallet GO! will automatically synchronize the information between the devices. No more manual backup and restore!
This feature is only available on Windows PC and iOS at this time, but we hope to add it to eWallet GO! on Mac, Android, and Windows Phone in the future.
As if that weren’t enough, we also added full Landscape support to eWallet GO! on iOS.
To celebrate this release, we’re offering a Back-to-School Special! For a limited time, you can get eWallet GO! for your mobile device (iOS, Android, or Windows Phone) for just 99 cents! But wait…there’s more! You can also get eWallet GO! on your Windows PC or Mac for free!
Hot on the heels of last week’s eWallet GO! releases for Android and iOS, our popular new password app is available for another platform – Mac OS X. With this latest version, eWallet GO! now works on iPhone, iPod touch, Android, Windows Phone 7, Mac and Windows PC.
eWallet GO! is our streamlined, secure information manager that’s really easy to use and gives you a lot of flexibility working with your data. What does eWallet GO! have to offer? How about:
256-bit AES encryption
Over 25 ready-to-use card templates
Over 45 card icons to choose from
Robust search function
Auto-lock when left idle
And eWallet GO! makes backing up and restoring a breeze with Google Docs and Dropbox. Just backup to the cloud and you won’t have to worry about losing your data after you enter it. You can easily restore your file to your Mac too, and if you own eWallet GO! on any of its available mobile platforms, you can use the backup and restore features to move your information back and forth, keeping it up-to-date wherever you are.
eWallet GO! is just $4.99 through the Mac App Store. More information, including screenshots and details on how to buy, are available on our site. If you’re a current eWallet 7 customer that wants to switch over to eWallet GO!, you can find out more here.

We just released an updated version of eWallet for Mac today. This update includes a couple of quick fixes that we wanted to get out right away. First, it solves problems some of our Leopard users were running into. Second, it corrects the maximized behavior so that the Properties drawer doesn’t appear off screen.
You can grab the latest version from here and use your unlock codes from the previous release to register the software. Or if you don’t have your unlock codes, you can always request that we send them again using this form.
We’re very excited to announce that our long awaited version of eWallet for Mac is now available! With eWallet for Mac you get all the security and ease-of-use you’ve come to expect from eWallet, in an interface specially designed for Mac OS. eWallet for Mac offers the same simple synchronization system offered on Windows, including the option to sync with Apple iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch), other computers on your network, or removable storage devices.
If you already own the full eWallet 7 package (which includes support for Windows PC, Windows Mobile, and BlackBerry) it’s free to add eWallet for Mac. Just download the latest version here and register using the same registration codes you received for Windows PC (if you’ve misplaced your registration codes, you can request new ones).
If you never added eWallet for these other platforms, you can get it for just $19.95. One purchase lets you use eWallet on Mac, Windows PC, Windows Mobile, and BlackBerry. You can also use our free eWallet Viewer for Android to sync with eWallet for Windows.
eWallet for iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch) is still a separate purchase available through the iTunes App Store, but it is fully compatible with eWallet for Mac. Using Wi-Fi you can quickly synchronize data between your Mac and your iOS device.
We’re already working on updates for eWallet on Mac, so if you have a favorite feature you’d like to see added, or ideas on how we can make eWallet for Mac even better, please let us know!
