eWalletWhat a week for software updates and releases! Believe it or not, I have another one to tell you about. We’ve just released a new version of the eWallet Preview for Mac OS. We’ve made some great progress and wanted to share the updated version with you. Note that if you were using the 30 day trial (which you can download here), installing this version will give you another 30 days.

eWallet Viewer for Android is here!

Hot on the heels of our iPad eWallet release, I’ve got more exciting news for you today. Our eWallet Viewer is now available in the Android Market.

What exactly is eWallet Viewer, you ask? Great question. eWallet Viewer is the latest feature for our award-winning password manager, available to all eWallet owners who use an Android device. And best of all, it’s free!

If you own eWallet 7, you can use eWallet Viewer to access your wallet files on your Android device. Easily synchronize wallets from the Windows PC version of eWallet to your Android phone, and view them anytime, anywhere! And, of course, eWallet Viewer has the same level of security and encryption you’ve come to expect from eWallet.

Ready to get it? All you have to do is search the Android Market on your phone for “eWallet Viewer”. It couldn’t be simpler, right? And if you don’t own eWallet 7 for Windows yet, you can try it free for 30 days. You’ll be able to sync the wallets you create in the Windows version to your Android device for viewing. When you’re ready to buy, you can get eWallet 7 from our store.

UPDATE: You will need the latest Windows PC version (7.1.0.28501) of eWallet to see the Android device option in Sync Setup. You can download it here.

eWallet for iPad – Now Available!

Update: eWallet for iPad is available now in the iTunes App Store.

It’s a universal binary, so anyone who’s bought or received as a promo eWallet for iPhone should get this version with no charge.

We had an exciting time last week, when we were asked to take part in not one, but two, interviews on some popular mobile websites. In case you missed them, I just wanted to take a minute to quickly point out where you can find them online:

Yes, We’ve Been Quiet Lately

A few people have asked me why we haven’t been posting as much on the blog, or on Twitter, lately. We’ve just been busy, and trying to focus more on what we’re supposed to be doing: developing, marketing, product managing and supporting our products. There’s a lot going on in the industry we could comment on, but the reality is that there’s a lot of good comments on all of it already. We don’t have much to add, and we really are trying to focus.

So – we’re fine, thanks for asking. We’ll be posting as we have news, announcements, or some thoughts we think are just too profound to keep to ourselves, but otherwise we’re going to try to be a little more productive and less distracted. It’s a new approach, at least for me, but you never, know, it just might work.

And, yes, we are working on both eWallet for Mac and ListPro for iPhone/iPad, and will post when we have something ready for release. I can’t give a date or an estimate – all I can say is that they’re in process, and I am sorry the wait has been so long.

How Did You First Hear of Us?

I was talking with someone I used to work with yesterday, and he asked me how our users hear about us.

It was a good question, and one that a good marketing person should be able to answer. Too bad I’m not a good marketing person.

So rather than trying to figure it out from not enough information, I’m just going to ask – if you’re reading this, how did you first hear of us? An ad? A review? A friend? Browsing an app store? Something else?
