Store Problems – We’re On It!

Apparently we’ve got some store problems (and it affects more than just eWallet for BlackBerry folks). Our crack team of emergency technicians are on the job, and hopefully we’ll have everything sorted out soon! In the meantime, if you have had problems, drop us an email at support@iliumsoft.com or call us after 9:30AM ET at 888-632-5388. If you email us, you can help us expidiate responses for this problem by using the subject “Purchase Problems.”

Just to assure everyone: if you purchased the software you WILL get what you’ve paid for. Again, contact us and we’ll jump on it right away. Also, if you tried to purchase again and are worried you might get double billed, we’re checking for this as well so you should NOT get billed twice.

Strange, it’s like someone is TRYING to stop us from releasing eWallet for BlackBerry…hmmm…

eWallet for BlackBerry is Out!

eWallet for BlackBerry is now available! That’s right! It isn’t a beta – it’s the real deal. For a limited time, eWallet for BlackBerry is only available directly from Ilium Software and WebIS. We are working on getting it into your favorite retail stores, but rather than delaying the release further we figured we would make it available through our direct store today.

It has all the great features you’ve come to expect from our products, syncs with the current version of eWallet for Windows PC, and is fully compatible with all of your existing wallet files. We worked with WebIS to bring this great product to you, and please contact Ilium Software directly if you have any questions. Our support staff is here to help you with eWallet for BlackBerry just like we do for eWallet on all the other platforms. ListPro for iPhone Update

When we asked for your comments on ListPro for iPhone, I was thrilled with the response we received. You guys gave us a wealth of fantastic ideas and insight. Based on those comments, our own experience in the iPhone market, and quite a bit of heavy thought, we have a tentative plan. Note that this is in no way a guarantee of what we will do, but rather an estimate of what we hope to accomplish.

As you may have already heard, Apple just started making promo codes available for their iPhone apps. That’s right – we get 50 codes for each of our programs. It’s great news for us, and we’re very happy that Apple has decided to implement this. To celebrate we’re going to hand out some free codes right off the bat!

The first 10 people to grab one of the codes below get a free copy of Kings Corners on the App Store! Please leave a comment mentioning which code you used so others won’t try the same one – they only work once. Release Dates

I swear I wrote about Release Dates here once before, but based on some of the comments and questions, I feel like I need to address the topic again. My personal feeling is that unless a product is completely finished and ready for release, software and release dates just don’t mix.
